Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services seeks a Client Services Director for Dedicated Client to strengthen relationships, drive retention, and guide strategic client programs. You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, IT, and business development to enhance the client experience and renewals in a complex service environment.

You will leverage client insights and stewardship reporting to uncover opportunities, negotiate improvements, and support growth while mentoring Client Services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account management strategies to retain clients, grow revenue, and support renewals.
• Lead complex client programs and deliver strategic solutions for sophisticated service models.
• Partner with operations, IT, and business development to remove barriers and improve client experience.
• Provide stewardship reporting and identify trends to address client concerns and opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and negotiate service plan improvements to create client value.
