Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services seeks an Assistant Vice President of Client Services to oversee administrative and managerial duties and client relationships in the assigned area. The role focuses on contract compliance, financials, renewal processes, and business planning.

The incumbent will lead staffing, succession planning and support both client relationships and business development, traveling as required. A senior background in risk management, finance or insurance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced degree and/or professional designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM) preferred.
• 10 years of related experience with 3 years in national accounts and 5 years claims/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance within an assigned area.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing and pricing support.
• Maintain client knowledge including threatened status and relationship.
• Oversee renewal process and contract negotiations.
• Lead business planning and budgeting for the area.
• Plan staffing, succession and bench-strength for new business.
• Support client relationships and executive relationships.
• Support business development.
