Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve as the focal point for elite advisors in the retirement services space. You will protect confidential data, foster advisor relationships, and drive organic growth through strategic analyses and consultative solutions.

You will meet with C‑level executives, communicate platform enhancements, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to retain and expand client engagement. Strong analytics and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in retirement services industry.
• Experience managing direct client relationships within a financial services administrative environment.
• Ability to work independently as required, but also work within and contribute to a highly-cohesive team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and strong meeting coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure secure handling of information.
• Foster lasting relationships and promote organic growth with elite advisors.
• Meet with C‑Level executives to develop education and communication strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training to clients and staff.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to enhance the Ascensus experience for advisors and clients.
