In this remote-friendly, US-wide role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, lead quarterly business reviews, and guide customers through annual open enrollment while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and benefits administration is preferred.

• Build and maintain relationships with Employer customers across lifecycle.
• Lead internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure quality.
