Job summary

Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to win large-market employer accounts (1,000–10,000+ employees) in LA and MO using consultative and Challenger selling. You’ll build C-level relationships and drive revenue growth.

Role requires 6+ years in software/SaaS or HR/Benefits sales, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel ~30-40%. Salesforce experience preferred; cross-functional collaboration with Inside Sales, Solution Engineers, and Brokers is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in software/SaaS sales and/or HR/Benefits Administration sales.
• Experience selling to enterprise employers (1 year minimum).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
