Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Banking & Financial Services. You will own client accounts, drive day-to-day activities and P&L, and coordinate with delivery teams to optimize backlog and scope changes.

The role requires 10+ years in a client-facing role, strong executive communication, and a Bachelor’s degree (MS or MBA preferred). You will engage with senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives within BFS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or account/engagement management in IT professional services BFS vertical.
• Experience managing Client P&L of $15M+ including reporting and metrics for the account.
• Ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand the client environment and priorities; define problems and co-create solutions.
• Drive RFPs, renewals, extensions, and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor BFS industry trends and propose proactive ideas.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for the client and manage backlog growth.
