This strategic leader will own end-to-end account P&L, build executive relationships, and drive revenue growth through renewal and expansion opportunities across multiple service lines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT professional services or management consulting
• Experience leading diverse, multi-cultural teams
• Strong experience with the global service delivery model
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Ability to lead client P&A of at least $35/40 million including reporting/metrics
• Ability to operate in a large, matrixed organization and persuade with content

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities
• Develop client engagement strategies and quantify pursuit costs
• Lead Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines
• Review account metrics with delivery, operations, and finance teams
• Participate in senior management reviews for account performance
• Collaborate with Cognizant service lines to form a business plan at account level
• Conduct regular meetings with customer decision makers and influencers
• Ensure execution and customer satisfaction across revenue portfolios
• Identify and leverage Cognizant alliances to grow the account
• Shape thought leadership and drive portfolio innovation
• Increase Cognizant visibility within the account and industry
