Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager within Banking & Financial Services to own day-to-day client engagement and revenue delivery. This role collaborates with delivery teams to optimize backlog and resource mix while ensuring client expectations are met.

The CRM drives renewal opportunities, maintains executive-level communications, and grows engagements by aligning solutions with client priorities across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or IT professional services.
• Experience managing Client P&L of $15M+ including reporting and metrics.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand client environment, issues, and priorities.
• Define client problems and co-create solutions with clients.
• Drive renewals, extensions, and expansions through proactive bids.
• Track BFS industry trends and propose proactive ideas and solutions.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Oversee backlog growth including renewals and extensions.
• Lead onsite project teams and align with client environment.
