Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for Banking & Financial Services to lead day-to-day account activities and drive profitability. The role collaborates with client partners and delivery teams to optimize backlog, renewals, and expansions while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of client-facing experience in BFS or IT services.
• Experience managing client P&L of $15M+.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with executives up to the C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
• Work with clients to define their problems and co-create solutions
• Drive RFPs / proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions, and expansion
• Track BFS industry trends relevant to the client business and propose proactive ideas
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients
• Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions of current engagements
• Lead the onsite project teams and ensure they understand the client environment
