Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of client-facing experience in a consulting firm or IT services/outsourcing within BFS.
• Experience managing client P&L of $15M+ including reporting and metrics.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as day-to-day contact.
• Understand client environment and priorities; co-create solutions.
• Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion.
• Track BFS industry trends and present proactive ideas.
• Oversee backlog growth including renewals and extensions.
• Lead onsite project teams and ensure alignment with client environment.
