Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Director, Client Partnership – Central to translate national priorities into a clear Central region strategy and drive execution across the sales organization. This remote role partners with client leadership, wholesalers, and support functions to unlock growth and optimize performance.

Helps steer three dedicated team members, leads regular reviews, and ensures alignment of plans with client objectives while leveraging data and market insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods, brokerage, client management, sales leadership, or related industry experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to lead and develop direct reports and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central region planning process aligning customer and wholesaler plans with client objectives.
• Develop and communicate the Central region strategy with client, wholesaler leads, and partner teams.
• Coach and manage three dedicated team members and establish clear roles and accountability.
• Monitor performance, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable actions.
