C.A. Fortune is seeking a Director, Client Partnership – Central for a remote, senior leadership role.

You will translate national priorities into a clear Central region plan, align the sales organization, and manage strategic client relationships with senior leaders. The position offers a remote arrangement with a salary range of $110,000–$115,000, reporting to the Engagement department and supervising three team members who focus on planning, deductions, and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CPG, brokerage, or client management with leadership experience.
• Ability to translate client priorities into actionable regional plans.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and strategic discussions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic partner to Central region client leadership and translate priorities into regional strategies.
• Lead client business reviews, planning, performance updates, and discussions.
• Align wholesaler and retailer strategies with client objectives and execution plans.
• Coach and develop three direct reports and manage cross-functional collaboration.
