Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships at one or more accounts with a focus on creating a top-notch client experience
• Customize engagement models to suit client requirements and deliver multi-year roadmaps
• Engage with client stakeholders to promote Iris’ business interests and thought leadership
• Develop and execute an account plan to grow relationship footprint and opportunities
• Guide presales and delivery teams through deals and sales cycles
• Lead the Iris team at the customer location and align activities with client objectives
• Forecast revenue and manage profitability of the account(s)
• Handle escalations and negotiate with customers as required
