Job summary

Infosys seeks a Client Partner for its Retail and Consumer Goods Practice. You will manage client interfaces within an assigned account, collaborate with senior management to build an account plan, and handle client management based on the plan.

The role covers a single account or a large one with a P&L of $30M to $40M. You will lead client relationship management, delivery governance, and account planning, owning the opportunity lifecycle from prospect to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships and grow portfolio up to $30-40M.
• Own opportunity management: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure fulfillment of commitments to the client.
• Develop account plans and governance, outlining relationships and opportunities.
