Job summary

Cognizant in Atlanta seeks a Client Relationship Manager for Banking & Financial Services. You will own day-to-day client management, partner with delivery teams, and oversee backlog growth through renewals and extensions.

You’ll influence senior stakeholders with strategic solutions and maintain strong client satisfaction. The role requires a decade of client-facing experience, strong communication, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a client-facing role in IT professional services or BFS/account management.
• Experience managing client P&L of $15+ million including reporting and metrics.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.
• Ability to interface at all levels of an organization and present persuasively.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand client environment, issues, and priorities.
• Co-create solutions with clients.
• Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansions.
• Track BFS industry trends and suggest proactive ideas.
