Job summary

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to drive growth and manage key Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) accounts. This role will be responsible for building strong client relationships, owning the P&L, and delivering consistent year-on-year revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of sales, account management, and strategic thinking to expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing strategic BFSI client accounts by developing deep relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves owning the end-to-end P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met, and driving profitability. You will identify new opportunities within existing accounts, lead large deal pursuits, and collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution. The role also requires building account plans, forecasting revenue, and ensuring high client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience in managing BFSI clients with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership and account expansion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills at the CXO level.
  • Strong sales and business development capabilities with experience in large deal closures.
  • Ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with global clients, especially in the US or Europe markets.
  • Background in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends including digital banking, payments, and fintech.
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with multi-service offerings.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
