The Hartford Steam Boiler, a subsidiary of Munich Re, seeks a dynamic business development professional to drive opportunities with the company and its partners. You will manage cross-functional connections, oversee end-to-end client initiatives, and engage senior executives to advance strategic programs.

You will act as a connector across client challenges, fostering internal partnerships, monitoring operational health, and supporting adoption of Digital Services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 5+ years of experience in the P&C industry is required
• 3+ years' experience in Project Management is required
• 1+ years of client facing experience preferred
• Workflow documentation experience is required
• Operational Systems and IT Experience is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Executes business development opportunities for the company and its partners and/or external clients, managing the end-to-end operational value chain for target and/or traditional clients and prospects.
• Interacts with senior executives to manage progress of business development activities.
• Acts as the dot-connector in client challenges and opportunities through development of trusted internal partnerships to execute and understand client disciplines.
• Maintains and monitors operational health by analyzing client partnerships for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies.
