Job summary

The Hartford Steam Boiler, a Munich Re subsidiary, seeks a seasoned business development and program execution professional. You will drive end-to-end client initiatives, manage cross-functional connections, and partner with senior leaders to progress strategic opportunities across the P&C portfolio.

This role functions as the dot-connector, building trusted internal partnerships to resolve issues, monitor operational health, and promote Digital Services adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the P&C industry is required.
• 3+ years' experience in Project Management is required.
• 1+ years of client facing experience preferred.
• Workflow documentation experience is required.
• Operational Systems and IT Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes business development opportunities for the company and its partners and/or external clients.
• Manages cross-functional connectivity, both internally and externally, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives.
• Interacts with senior executives to manage progress of business development activities.
• Acts as the dot-connector in client challenges and opportunities through the development of trusted internal partnerships both horizontally and vertically.
• Maintains and monitors operational health by proactively analyzing client partnerships across all disciplines for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies.
• Supports the promotion and onboarding of Digital Services employees and acts as the project manager in the adoption of these services.
