Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive the long-term evolution of the program, overseeing daily recruitment activities and KPI performance.

You will build and sustain client relationships, price and sell services, and lead a recruitment team to meet performance targets. This role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration, and a strong client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in a relevant role.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and business reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and reported to leadership.
