This position requires at least 5 years of client service or claims management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role includes providing mentorship and support for team members while cultivating positive client relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of client service or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Licensing for Life & Health Insurance is required.
