This role involves taking the lead in the renewal process, securing business, and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong client service background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a Property and Casualty Insurance License. Responsabilidades

• Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure solutions are delivered.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services.
• Nurture relationships with client representatives.
• Guide team members in addressing client needs.
• Mentor Client Service team members.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data.
• Use technology to improve productivity.
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
