You will mentor Client Service Managers, coordinate with Producers, and ensure compliant data and efficient operations while staying ahead of market trends and carrier options.

Qualificações

• 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or 10+ years with a HS diploma.
• Supervisory experience (1+ year) and required licenses as applicable.
• Financial acumen and insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with High Net Worth clients, providing proactive, high-quality service.
• Conduct annual reviews of insurance programs and recommend enhancements.
• Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases.
• Seek referrals to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead renewal process and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Collaborate with Producers on design, marketing, and service strategy.
