Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five+ years of work experience.
• Insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team typically up to 5 Client Services staff.
• Develops action plans to address client concerns and mobilize resources.
• Maintains regular client engagement including annual in-person visits for largest revenue clients.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement within own book of business and Client Services department.
• Influences and motivates others to achieve high service levels.
