Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Manager to strengthen client relationships, manage accounts, and mentor team members. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and carriers to deliver tailored solutions, and lead the client service cycle including renewals.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in client service/claims management; 1+ year supervisory experience; licensing as required. Preferred: insurance knowledge and financial acumen; strong communication and ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client service cycle and ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for fully insured and self-funded accounts.
• Support annual enrollment meetings and develop communication strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and share insights with the sales team.
• Foster innovation by generating new ideas and improving processes.
