Gallagher is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client coordination and retention for a portfolio of employer group clients. You will cultivate relationships with senior client contacts and coordinate resources to meet risk and coverage needs.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in client coordination or claims management; license; ability to travel ~25%. You’ll join a collaborative team with a focus on meaningful client outcomes and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
• License required. Able and willing to travel ~25% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Account management as primary responsibility for routine/moderately complex client accounts.
• Manage an assigned book of business and build solid relationships with clients.
• Coordinate resources to address client risk/capital management needs.
