Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team in Nashville. The PM will manage complex transitions from current PBM vendors, implement new services, and lead client relationships with health plans and strategic employers.

Travel will be required to meet client needs and ensure smooth deployments, coordinating with Navitus SMEs for success. The role emphasizes building strong client partnerships, overseeing kickoff through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4 years' project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and/or ACA products preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• Ability to travel and collaborate with client teams and Navitus SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering.
• Assist with impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Ensure requirements are documented and approved before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status reports to management, SMEs, and the Client.
• Assist with escalated client issues and go-live support, including on-site or remote access.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings and support other client projects.
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
