Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead client transitions from current PBM, implement new services, and strengthen vendor relationships. The IPM will build early client relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong relationship skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple client projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and obtain Client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Monitor progress and report status weekly to management, SMEs, and Client.
• Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues as identified or requested.
• Provide go-live support via remote access, on-site, or client site; may involve non-business days.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client-related and internal department projects.
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
