Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions in Hartford, CT is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead client transitions from current PBM, implement new services, and manage relationships with health plans and strategic employer clients. Travel will be required, and strong communication is essential.

You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, facilitate kickoff meetings, capture requirements, and ensure successful go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in Readiness Assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analyses to determine requirements for a smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and items log for monitoring.
• Monitor progress and report to management and client weekly.
• Assist with escalated client issues and go-live support, including on-site or remote access.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client and internal department projects.
