Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to lead complex client transitions from current PBMs, implement new services, and manage cross-functional teams. You will build early client relationships, coordinate with Navitus SMEs, and ensure seamless implementations with clear communication and status reporting.

The role requires strong relationship and communication skills, a healthcare/PBM background, and willingness to travel as needed to meet client

Qualifications

• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred
• Proven ability to interact cooperatively with team members and clients

Responsibilities

• Prepare for Readiness Assessments and potential sales initiatives
• Be the primary face to the Client with significant travel
• Lead Kick-off meetings for requirements gathering
• Facilitate impact analyses to determine requirements for implementation
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and item logs
• Provide weekly status updates to management, SMEs and Client
• Support escalated client, member and project issues
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site or client site access
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings
• Support other client and internal projects
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Other duties as assigned
