Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in customer service.
• Experience with reporting and tracking KPIs.
• Experience leading other leaders preferred.
• Experience with payroll, HCM, or HRIS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing staff development and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support clients.
