Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Account Manager in Meridian, ID, to resolve client payroll and HR system challenges while fostering strong relationships. This 100% in-office role requires on-site presence five days a week and offers starting pay of $24.00/hour with full benefits.

You will be the primary client contact in a dedicated support team, handling inbound/outbound interactions via phone, Zoom, and email, and you’ll collaborate with internal experts to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written communication skills for business correspondence.
• Strong team player with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution – Maintain consistent availability, manage workloads for optimal accessibility, troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Client Focus - Champion clients' interests, delivering clear and effective resolutions.
• Timely Solution Delivery - Prioritize successful and punctual solution delivery in line with client requirements and service metrics.
• Leverage Resources - Use resources to source and validate answers, document issues per payroll policies.
• Continued Learning – Complete educational courses and training within designated timeframes.
