Zusammenfassung

Heady in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Director of Client Services to grow strategic client relationships and translate client goals into actionable work. You will partner with leaders across our business to drive revenue and ensure delivery excellence.

You will own growth, manage senior stakeholders, and lead reviews while guiding contracts and expansions with the delivery teams. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in commerce strategy, digital product consulting, or senior account leadership.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business goals into contracts and engagements.
• Proven track record of growing client relationships and revenue.

Aufgaben

• Grow account revenue by clearly articulating a commerce perspective and shaping follow-on work.
• Identify opportunities within client orgs and demonstrate Heady's value across divisions.
• Develop strategic partnerships and lead pitches and proposals for expansions.
• Collaborate with CEO, Product, and delivery teams to forecast revenue and enable delivery.
• Lead regular business reviews, map executive stakeholders, and ensure client alignment.
