Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 18 years of extensive experience in management or construction operations.
• At least 10 years of experience in an operations and sales leadership role.
• Proven record of managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuit, preconstruction, construction and ongoing client engagement.
• Manage an annual portfolio exceeding $100M in revenue and ensure profitability.
• Establish performance metrics and outperform targets for all projects.
• Drive sales, expand client relationships, and secure repeat business.
