Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Executive to manage key client relationships across multiple locations, including Atlanta, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Knoxville, TN; and Denver, CO.

The role focuses on delivering optimal products and services while driving profit through new business and strong client retention. The candidate will lead teams, coordinate with Account Representatives, and ensure high-quality, responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through Account Representatives, manages all relationship management activities for clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographical region.
• Ensures that customers receive an optimum level of products and services that fully meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensures that the assigned area attains or exceeds profit objectives through development of new business opportunities and retention of existing profitable relationships.
• Provides high level, responsive, quality service to clientele.
