Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Digital Consulting Client Engagement Manager to partner with electric utilities, understanding critical challenges and delivering technology-focused solutions for efficient operations.

You will lead client relationships, develop winning proposals, and drive sales opportunities across services, with a focus on OT/IT integration and strategic collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or related field (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 7 years of related experience (3+ years identifying and implementing solutions for broad technology systems preferred).
• Experience engaging with external customers in a consulting capacity.
• Experience deploying/integrating/adopting operational technology platforms with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand needs, manage expectations, and facilitate communication.
• Lead client-focused strategies and action plans for consulting services and solution offerings that drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute strategic sales plans for new and existing services.
