Delve Deeper is seeking a Client Director / Sr. Client Director to partner with clients, connecting strategy, performance, and relationships to drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will be the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, balancing client success with firm performance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The role aligns media investments with real-world impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in agency client leadership, delivery, or professional services.
• 10+ years managing portfolio-level P&Ls, with revenue growth & margins accountability.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute when needed.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills to influence, set expectations, and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Strategy & Growth: lead account strategies to drive ~25% revenue growth.
• Lead Client Relationships: serve as primary contact to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence: ensure high-quality work with measurable outcomes.
• Manage the Business (P&L Ownership): own and manage portfolio-level P&L and growth.
• Lead & Develop the Team: mentor and coach team members for strategic and operational growth.
• Connect Strategy Across the Business: align goals, data, and platform strategy across teams.
