Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Group Director, Client Partnerships — Growth & Media to lead senior client engagements and grow our brands with a mix of media, creative, data and technology.

You’ll move fast from early market learning to scaled acquisition, partnering with cross-functional teams across paid social, search, programmatic and emerging channels, while shaping the growth agenda for marquee clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership roles in agency, consultancy, startup, or client-side.
• Proven ability to grow high-growth businesses through media and marketing.
• Deep expertise in growth media across paid social, search, and programmatic channels.
• Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and commercial success across a growth portfolio.
• Partner with media, creative, strategy, data and tech leaders to build integrated growth systems.
• Lead growth from early testing through scaled acquisition and full-funnel growth.
• Shape commercial planning, staffing, forecasting and profitability.
• Mentor junior partners and evolve DEPT's standards for modern client leadership.
• Drive new business opportunities in growth and AI-enabled marketing.
