Job summary

Velera Solutions, LLC is seeking a Client Delivery Program Manager to work closely with senior leadership and financial institutions to develop and execute strategic plans. The role oversees the FI program, coordinating with Client Growth Management, Client Service Delivery, and Project Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

The position requires strong influencing and client-facing skills, travel to FI and vendor locations, and the ability to foster productive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; preferably in Systems or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Ten (10) years of experience in a client support environment required.
• Five (5) years of financial services experience required.
• Five (5) years of experience in credit, debit and/or eCommerce preferred.
• An understanding of project management best practices and six sigma methodologies preferred.
• PgMP or PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client strategic plans for financial institutions.
• Oversee the FI program with multiple projects and product implementations.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Velera and client organizations.
• Monitor program risks, health, and issues; produce status reports and KPI metrics.
• Travel to FI and vendor locations as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives and client needs.
