Job summary

Velera is seeking a Manager, Client Delivery Experience to lead a team of project managers and technical staff in delivering high-quality card processing projects for financial institutions. This role focuses on implementing configurations, conversions, and new services while upholding SLAs.

You will work closely with Sales and executive clients, define requirements, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Eight years in credit/debit card and/or financial services sector.
Five years of management experience preferred.
Working knowledge of card processing systems.
Ability to lead large cross‑functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing project management and deployments of card processing projects.
Define system requirements and oversee product implementations and conversions.
Collaborate with Sales and senior leadership to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Maintain KPIs/OKRs and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Provide after-hours support and on-site client engagements as needed.
