Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple strategic programs across Americas, reporting to the Director of Program Management. You will drive delivery, governance, and operational readiness while maintaining financial discipline and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Extensive project or program management experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience defining and improving standards, processes, and procedures (PMI or CMMI).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple strategic programs on time and within budget.
• Manage executive escalation and align sponsors, stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams.
• Define goals, scope, governance, and team responsibilities across delivery phases.
• Oversee weekly plans, milestones, dependencies, and progress vs cost, schedule, scope, quality.
