Qualifications
- 10+ years of software and/or service delivery experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
- Strong program/project management skills, scrum/agile a plus.
- Minimum 20% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate successful technical and operational delivery.
- Establish strong relationships with clients post-sale.
- Design and run mechanisms for monitoring delivery.
- Provide regular client updates regarding delivery status.
- Lead post-sale planning across cross-functional teams.
