Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and/or service delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments.
• Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Strong program/project management skills, scrum/agile a plus.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of the BetterUp platform.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Design and run monitoring mechanisms for delivery efficacy.
• Provide regular client updates regarding delivery status.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams.
