The ideal candidate has over 10 years of software delivery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with executive-level clients. This role requires 20% travel and a dynamic approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and service delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS deployments.
• Strong program/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate technical and operational delivery of the BetterUp platform.
• Establish relationships with clients post-sale.
• Design mechanisms to monitor and report on delivery efficacy.
