This leader will oversee Project Managers and Client Success Managers while partnering with executive leadership, clients, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of MSP, VMS, Marketplace, Staff Augmentation, SOW, and Advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading client delivery, consulting, implementation, MSP/VMS, or workforce solutions organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent executive communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the Delivery organization and develop scalable methodologies.
• Personally lead high-priority client implementations and strategic initiatives; develop governance documents and playbooks.
• Oversee delivery planning, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage executive relationships; collaborate with Sales during solution design and client transitions.
• Standardize delivery processes and identify operational risks with mitigation strategies.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and Client Success Managers; support hiring and organizational growth.

Koncert IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Delivery to lead client implementations, delivery operations, and strategic initiatives across our workforce solutions portfolio. This leader will oversee Project Managers and Client Success Managers while partnering with executive leadership, clients, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of MSP, VMS, Marketplace, Staff Augmentation, Statement of Work (SOW), and Advisory solutions. This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role requiring a balance of strategic leadership and day-to-day execution. The Director will establish delivery standards, drive operational excellence, coach and develop the team, and personally lead key client initiatives, implementations, operational improvements, and strategic projects while building scalable processes and best practices.

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the strategic direction of the Delivery organization
• Develop scalable delivery methodologies, governance models, and best practices
• Partner with leadership on organizational strategy, client growth, and operational initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and client operations

Hands-On Leadership & Execution

• Personally lead high-priority client implementations, strategic initiatives, and complex delivery engagements
• Develop project plans, executive presentations, governance documentation, and implementation deliverables
• Facilitate executive meetings, steering committees, workshops, and client planning sessions
• Partner directly with clients to solve operational and implementation challenges
• Build templates, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and delivery methodologies
• Act as both a strategic leader and an individual contributor during periods of growth, client demand, or organizational change

Delivery & Client Success

• Lead Project Managers and Client Success Managers
• Oversee implementation planning, testing, go-live, post-implementation support, operational stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as an executive point of contact for strategic client relationships
• Partner with Sales during solution design and client transitions
• Lead executive business reviews and governance meetings
• Drive client satisfaction, adoption, and retention

Operational Excellence

• Standardize delivery processes, governance, and documentation
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Improve delivery efficiency and scalability

Team Leadership

• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Client Success Managers
• Support hiring, onboarding, and career development
