Qualifications

• 10+ years of software and/or service delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments.
• Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders.
• Capability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong program/project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate technical and operational delivery of the BetterUp platform.
• Establish and maintain client relationships post-sale.
• Run monitoring mechanisms for delivery efficacy.
