Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and SLAs
• Experience with condition reports and reconditioning processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring SLAs and client requirements are met
• Coordinate vehicle movement and reconditioning activities with Lot Operations and Recon teams
• Audit condition reports, images, announcements, and certifications to reduce risk
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates
• Provide professional, timely responses to client inquiries and issues
