Job summary

Cox in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support multiple account holders and drive accurate reporting and compliance processes. This role emphasizes accountability in high-value client interactions and requires strong customer service.

You will collaborate with national account representatives, prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes, manage invoices and notices, coordinate vehicle transportation, and maintain clear communication with clients and auction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or any degree above HS with 1 year of related work experience, or 5 years related work experience.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Strong computer skills and effective communication and organization skills required.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders.
• Proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Running and analyzing reports for trends and compliance.
• Coordinate with national account representatives to prepare and audit sale vehicle run process including run order, scheduling, providing notice to customer account, vehicle repairs, accurate charge posting, reporting, invoicing, etc.
• Accountable to monitor vehicle sales processes, communication with stakeholders and accuracy to ensure an overall positive client experience for the client.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their vehicle requirements and helping them understand auction processes, vehicle availability and processes for sale, preparation, and delivery.
