Job summary

TransUnion in the United States seeks an Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for partners and their customers throughout the client lifecycle, from onboarding through growth and renewal. This remote role reports to the Sales Vice President and may require occasional in‑person events at management discretion.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, manage onboarding for small to mid‑size clients, and create client‑facing materials while analyzing performance to uncover

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in client management, project management or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and meetings.
• Serve as primary client contact for implementation projects and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate requirements and post-launch activities.
• Manage client reporting, contract administration, and quarterly reviews.
• Use CRM and reporting tools to identify revenue growth opportunities.
