Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an Account Manager who will deliver exceptional experiences for partners and their customers across the client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing growth. This is a remote role with occasional in-person events as needed, reporting to the Sales Vice President.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients, manage ongoing account activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and renewals, while leveraging Salesforce

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client management or project management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible to travel up to 20% and collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular project meetings.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for small to mid-sized clients and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align implementation requirements and post-launch activities.
• Prepare client-facing materials such as training guides and reports; manage contract administration and reviews.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
