TransUnion LLC in the United States seeks a Client Value Executive for Financial Services to manage a strategic client portfolio, protect revenue, and drive value from Contact Center solutions. You will work with Sales and internal teams to nurture trusted relationships and pursue incremental upsell opportunities.

The role is remote with occasional in-person events, reporting to the Sales Director, and requires strong consultative skills, collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex

Competenze

• 5+ years selling or supporting consultative solutions in a technical, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from needs to implementation.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client portfolios.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of Financial Services clients.
• Protect and retain existing revenue through understanding client priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue with internal teams.
• Lead client engagement activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to service, billing, technology, and delivery.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation, renewal forecasts, and account planning.
